The Cottage: This lovely and spacious cottage overlooks Tully lake with panoramic views of the Connemara mountains and is just minutes from the beach and shops.The cottage is set on one acre, with ample parking, lawned gardens to front and side and a wild heather garden to the rear. It is just five minutes walk to the Renvyle ‘Teach Ceoil’ (Music House), where traditional Irish music, dancing and children’s shows are presented during July and August. Tully village is eight minutes walk with a supermarket/ petrol station, fishing supply/hardware shop, pub,post office and horse-riding centre. Religious services are available in Tully Cross village. There are two secluded sandy beaches within one mile. Other nearby attractions include the world renowned Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National Park, Scubadive West, Killary Adventure Centre and Inishbofin Island. Clifden the ‘Capital of Connemara’, is 12 miles/20kms.
Inside: The cottage has a fully-equipped modern kitchen that opens into a very spacious dining area with a large table for eight and a vintage stove.Double doors lead into a sitting room with an antique open fire, satellite tv, fully stocked bookcase, three seater couch, armchair and sofa. A patio door provides wheelchair access and opens onto a heather garden.There are three bedrooms all with solid oak floors, accommodating seven people. The ground floor has a large king ensuite and single bed, a double room adjacent to a spacious bathroom with free standing bath. Upstairs has a king ensuite, with walk in wardrobe and superb views of Tully lake and Tully mountain.
