d. To permit the Owners and the Agents reasonable access to the property.
e. Not to part with possession of the property, or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form.

g. Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises.
10. Duration and Times of Letting

The Agents do not accept liability for any act, neglect or default on the part of the owners or any other person not within their employ or otherwise under their control, nor for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, whether to person or property, which the Tenants or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of, or in any way connected with the letting. In addition, the owner accepts no liability for loss of or damage to the tenants’ possessions on the owners’ property or land. It is strongly recommended that clients take out their own holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charges.
13. Brochure Descriptions
Some of the information on the CC Cottages website relates to matters beyond the properties such as shops and public houses. Closure of such premises and other changes to external facilities are outside the Agent’s control and therefore these details cannot be relied upon absolutely. The Particulars are intended to give a fair description of the property only and are in no way guaranteed nor do they form a part of any contract.
Every effort is taken to ensure a reliable supply of water and electricity to each property. We cannot be held responsible for power cuts, faults in supply, freezing of water systems or droughts causing a lack of water in the property. There is a natural peat based tint to a lot of the water in Connemara used in domestic supply. This is harmless but you may prefer to use bottled water for drinking. In some circumstances owners may recommend you don’t drink the water from their supply and will advise you of the same.
14. Restricted Mobility: If the Tenant is restricted in anyway – old age, infirmity or handicap it is their responsibility to inform CCCottages of this so we can ensure that any property chosen is suitable for their occupancy.
In the event the hirer has a complaint about the property they should contact the owner or the caretaker immediately and attempt to resolve the problem. If this does not result in a solution then Connemara Coastal Cottages should be contacted during office hours. All unresolved complaints must be notified to Connemara Coastal Cottages immediately so that an on-the-spot investigation can be made if necessary and remedial action taken if required. In no circumstances will compensation be made for complaints raised after the tenancy has ended when the tenant has denied the agents or the owners the opportunity of investigating the complaint and endeavoring to put matters right during the tenancy. If a hirer feels that the problem has not been resolved to their satisfaction during their stay Connemara Coastal Cottages should be informed in writing within 7 days stating the nature of the complaint and the date on which it occurred.
Pets are only permitted in the properties stated to accept them in the brochure or on the website. They must be kept under control and exercised off the premises. The owner can ask you to leave if this condition is broken. Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture and neither the agents nor the owners can accept responsibility for their safety. Pets must not be left in the property unsupervised as this can result in considerable damage to the property and distress to the pet. If a kennel is provided it must be used if so stated by the owner. A “no pets” in a description does not guarantee there have been no pets in the property.
Where an inventory is provided, any discrepancies are to reported to the owner or caretaker within 24 hours of arrival, otherwise the inventory will be deemed to be correct
Linen is changed between tenancies. Towels and table cloths are not always provided and tenants should bring their own unless otherwise notified.
19. Post Stay Cottage Assessment
The property you book will be assessed after your departure. If there are any breakages or damages we will inform you of them on the next working day and a deduction will be made from your credit card as appropriate.
Where appropriate VAT is applied.
21. Breach of Contract
If there shall be a breach of any of these conditions by any of the tenants, the owners or the agents reserve the right to re-enter the property and terminate the tenancy without prejudice to the other rights and remedies of the owners.

25. Validity Clause
If any term or provision in these booking conditions shall in whole or in part be held to any extent to be illegal or unenforceable under any enactment or rule of law that term or provision or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of this agreement and the enforceability of the remainder of this agreement shall not be affected.
